Welcome Home Inspections & testing
2024
Welcome Home Inspections & Testing (WHIT) is a Home Inspection and Radon Testing company serving all of Vermont. Brand development for WHIT focused on establishing a trusted identity within the home inspection industry. This involved creating a strong visual presence through a cohesive logo, color palette, website, and marketing materials that reflect reliability and professionalism. Developing a clear value proposition is essential, highlighting WHIT's expertise in thorough inspections and testing services that ensure home safety and quality. Additionally, engaging with the community through educational content, social media, and partnerships with real estate professionals will build brand recognition and loyalty.
Client Project
Welcome Home Inspections & Testing (WHIT) was founded under the principle that high-quality home inspections should be available for all home buyers. It is our belief that an informed home buyer makes an informed homeowner. When you drop that first moving box in that empty living room and look around, we want you to have the confidence and knowledge to understand what your home needs, and how it all operates. We believe in a holistic inspection process that is as much about identifying defects and safety hazards, as it is about educating you, the new homeowner, so that you feel welcome in your new home.

The Botanic Garden of Smith College
2024
“The Botanic Garden of Smith College spans 127 acres and includes the 12,000 square foot Lyman Conservatory, Church Gallery, arboretum, and many outdoor gardens. The garden was founded by Smith College’s first president, Laurenus Clarke Seelye, so that the entire campus could be of scientific, as well as aesthetic, value. Today, it continues to meet those goals.” — Botanic Garden of Smith College
